Tyler Deveraux
Founder & CEO
Tyler is the Founder and CEO of AXXIS Capital and has purchased over $560,000,000+ of commercial real estate with his passive investing partners. He brings more than 14 years of real-world investing experience to the team, having taken 16 deals full cycle and creating over $100 Million in equity for his investors.
Tyler has been featured in Forbes, Fox News, and Yahoo Finance for his work in the real estate space, which began with his first rental property at age 21 and has grown into a career built on disciplined acquisition and hands-on operation.
He lives in Maui, Hawaii with his wife and two children, where he leads AXXIS with a focus on helping investors build wealth with purpose.
Lindsay Daniels
Asset Management
With over 25 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, Lindsay Daniels brings extensive knowledge in property operations, third-party management, due diligence, acquisitions, and asset management.
Having spent more than a decade in third-party property management with AMC, Lindsay has a strong operational foundation and a unique understanding of both the management and ownership sides of multifamily investing. For the past four years, Lindsay has been an integral part of Axxis Capital, focusing on acquisitions, asset performance, and investment strategies that maximize value.
Lindsay is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term value for investors and the communities they serve.
