Eric Chadderdon is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Axxis Capital, a real estate investment firm specializing in Multifamily Real Estate Acquisitions.

Before real estate, Eric spent over a decade leading high-performing sales teams across the country. That experience sharpened his ability to communicate, lead, and execute. Those are skills that now serve him and his investors well in the complex world of multifamily investing.

Eric is a Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestselling Author, has been featured in Yahoo Finance and New York Weekly, and is a sought-after speaker at real estate conferences and podcasts nationwide.

He also leads 3-day Multifamily workshops across the country, where he trains and mentors new investors and operators on how to break into the space and scale with confidence. At his core, Eric is a builder of portfolios, of people, and of possibility. He believes in empowering others to pursue a life by design, not by default.

Meaghan Davenport

Meaghan Davenport is an accomplished Managing Partner and co-founder of Axxis Capital. As President of Operations, Meaghan leads the firm’s Asset Management Department, where she drives operational excellence, financial performance, and value creation across the firm’s multifamily portfolio.

Known for her strategic vision and innovative approach, Meaghan excels at defining and executing investment strategies that improve property performance and mitigate risk. With a focus on increasing net operating income (NOI) and delivering superior returns to investors, she is committed to creating safe, high-quality living environments for tenants.

Meaghan brings a wealth of experience in project management and construction, playing a key role in overseeing third-party management companies and collaborating closely with Acquisitions and Investor Relations teams. Her hands-on approach ensures alignment between operational goals and investor expectations, fostering sustainable growth and long-term success.

Brett Davenport

Brett Davenport is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in the evaluation and acquisition of commercial properties, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional returns for investors. As an Acquisitions Specialist, Brett identifies and evaluates properties that align with specific criteria for returns, cash flow, and equity growth. His success is fueled by his ability to foster strong relationships with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and partners, ensuring high-quality and consistent deals.

Before transitioning into real estate, Brett spent 27 years in power generation, working with nuclear power, gas turbines, and coal-fired plants. He earned his MBA from Colorado State University in 2016, which enabled him to pivot into real estate after a successful career in the energy sector. Brett also served as the Asset Management Director at an international engineering company for over six years, overseeing critical infrastructure projects in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

A respected leader in his field, Brett is frequently sought after for his expertise in acquisitions and underwriting, regularly speaking at industry events and podcasts. Additionally, he had a distinguished 10-year tenure of active-duty service with the U.S. Navy and continues to serve as a Chief Petty Officer in the Naval Reserves, bringing a strong sense of leadership and discipline to his professional endeavors.
