Important disclosures.

Last updated: June 2026

The information on this website is provided by AXXIS Capital ("AXXIS," "we," "us," or "our") for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a recommendation, and it does not take into account your particular financial situation, objectives, or needs. The disclosures below apply to all content on this site, including any statistics, charts, property descriptions, and references to the firm's track record.

Risk of loss

Real estate investments are subject to numerous risks, including changes in market and economic conditions, interest rate movements, vacancy and rent fluctuations, the use of leverage, construction and renovation risk, tenant defaults, environmental liabilities, changes in law and tax treatment, and the operating performance of each property. Any of these factors, alone or together, could result in a partial or total loss of invested capital. You should invest only money you can afford to lose entirely.

Past performance is not indicative of future results

Any historical performance referenced on this site reflects the past results of specific investments and market conditions that may not recur. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of, and is not indicative of, future results. Different investments carry different risks, and there is no assurance that any future investment will perform comparably to prior investments or will achieve any targeted or projected return.

Track record figures

Figures presented on this site, such as Total Acquisitions, units acquired, equity created for investors, and deals taken full-cycle, reflect the firm's historical track record as of the date stated and are presented for illustrative purposes only. These figures:

• Are estimates that may be based on unaudited internal data and assumptions, and are subject to revision.
• May reflect aggregate results across multiple properties and time periods and may not represent the experience of any individual investor.
• Do not reflect the deduction of all fees, expenses, or taxes that an investor may bear, which would reduce returns.
• Are not a guarantee, projection, or promise of any future result, distribution, or return.

An individual investor's results will vary depending on the timing of their investment, the specific offering, fees, taxes, and other factors.

Forward-looking statements

This site may contain forward-looking statements, including statements about strategy, market outlook, targeted returns, and anticipated performance. These statements are based on current expectations and assumptions and involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties. Words such as "may," "will," "expect," "anticipate," "target," "project," and similar expressions are intended to identify forward-looking statements. Actual results could differ materially from those expressed or implied. We undertake no obligation to update any forward-looking statement.

Not an offer or solicitation

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any investment vehicle, in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful. Any such offer or solicitation will be made only to eligible investors and only by means of definitive offering documents, including a confidential private placement memorandum ("PPM"), an operating or limited partnership agreement, and a subscription agreement, which describe the risks, fees, conflicts of interest, and other material terms of the investment. In the event of any conflict between the information on this site and the offering documents, the offering documents will control. You should rely only on the information contained in the definitive offering documents in making an investment decision.

Securities not registered

The securities referenced on this site have not been and will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or under the securities laws of any state, and are offered in reliance on exemptions from registration. They have not been approved or disapproved by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any state securities regulator, or any other regulatory authority, nor has any such authority passed on the accuracy or adequacy of any offering materials. Any representation to the contrary is unlawful. These securities are subject to significant restrictions on transfer and resale.

Eligibility

Investment opportunities are generally available only to accredited investors who meet the applicable eligibility requirements. Prospective investors will be required to represent that they meet the applicable eligibility standards and to provide supporting documentation.

Consult your own advisers

AXXIS does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice through this site, and nothing on this site should be relied upon as such. The tax treatment of real estate investments is complex and depends on your individual circumstances. You should consult your own tax, legal, and financial advisers before making any investment decision, and you, not AXXIS, are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any investment.

No bank guarantee, no FDIC insurance

Investments offered by AXXIS are not bank deposits, are not obligations of or guaranteed by any bank, and are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), or any other government agency. You may lose money, including your entire principal.
