AXXIS Capital ("AXXIS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through the inquiries and relationships that begin here. By using the site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

We collect information in three broad categories, and only what we need to respond to you and to operate our business responsibly.

• Contact details you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any message or notes you include when you fill out a form, request materials, or email us directly.
• Investor and accreditation information. If you progress toward an investment, we may collect information used to confirm your status as an accredited investor, such as income or net worth representations, entity details, tax identification numbers, and supporting documentation required by applicable securities regulations.
• Usage data. Technical and behavioral information collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.

Calculator snapshots. Your calculator inputs stay in your browser unless you choose to email and share a snapshot. If you do, we receive your contact details, household income, filing status, state, modeled investment amount, and illustrative results through our CRM and email service providers. We use them to send your requested copy and give Investor Relations context for your inquiry.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to operate, improve, and protect our business and to communicate with you. Specifically, we use it to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the materials or information you request.
• Evaluate and verify investor eligibility and complete required subscription and onboarding steps.
• Send updates about offerings, distributions, reporting, and firm news that may interest you.
• Maintain investor records and meet our legal, tax, audit, and regulatory obligations.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve its content, performance, and security.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site functioning, and measure how visitors engage with our pages. We may use third-party analytics providers to help us understand traffic patterns in aggregate. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Some parts of the site may not function properly if you disable them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances described here:

• Service providers. We work with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as email delivery, hosting, analytics, investor administration, identity and accreditation verification, payment processing, and professional services. These providers may access your information only to perform their work for us and are obligated to protect it.
• Legal and compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or government request, or when necessary to protect our rights, our investors, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers. If AXXIS is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

Data security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk and should take care to protect your own account credentials and devices.

Your choices and rights

You have meaningful control over the information you share with us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. In general, you may:

• Opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. We will still send essential communications related to any active investment.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to record-keeping obligations we are required to follow.
• Adjust your browser settings to limit cookies and similar technologies.

To exercise any of these choices, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
